WHY WE SHOULD NOT KEEP CHRISTMAS AND
EASTER.
Deu 18:9 “When you come into the land which יהוה
your Elohim is giving you, do
not learn to do according to the abominations of those gentiles.
Deu 18:10 “Let no one be found among you who makes his son or his
daughter pass through the fire, or one who practises divination, or a user of
magic, or one who interprets omens or a sorcerer,
Deu 18:11 or one
who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead.
Deu 18:12 “For whoever does these
are an abomination to יהוה, and because of
these abominations יהוה your Elohim drives them out
from before you.
Deu 18:13 “Be perfect before יהוה
your Elohim,
Deu 18:14 for
these nations whom you are possessing do listen to those using magic and to
diviners. But as for you, יהוה your Elohim has not appointed
such for you.
Deu 12:30 guard
yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them, after they are destroyed
from before you, and that you do not inquire about their mighty ones,
saying, ‘How did these nations serve their mighty ones? And let me do so too.’
Deu 12:31 “Do not do so to יהוה
your Elohim, for every abomination which יהוה hates
they have done to their mighty ones, for they even burn their sons and daughters in the fire to their
mighty ones.
Deu 12:32 “All
the words I am commanding you, guard to do it – do not add to it nor
take away from it.
Jer 10:2 Thus said יהוה, “Do not learn the
way of the gentiles
Lev 18:3 ‘Do
not do as they do in the land of Mitsrayim, where you dwelt. And do
not do as they do in the land of Kenaʽan, where I am bringing you,
and do not walk in their laws.
Eze 20:32 “And what
comes up in your spirit shall never be, when you say, ‘Let us be like the
gentiles, like the tribes in other lands, serving wood and stone.’
Eph 4:17 So this
I say, and witness in the Master, that you should no longer walk as the
gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind,
1Pe 4:3 For
we have spent enough of our past lifetime in doing the desire of the
gentiles, having walked in indecencies, lusts, drunkenness, orgies, wild
parties, and abominable idolatries,
AND NOW- Do not do as the Gentiles (pagens)
do. I do
not accept it.
Amo 5:20 Is not the day of יהוה darkness, and not light? Is it not very dark, with no brightness in it?
Amo 5:21 “I
have hated, I have despised your festivals (Christmas and Easter), and I am not pleased with your
assemblies (your man
made christian religions).
Amo 5:22 “Though
you offer Me burnt offerings and your grain offerings, I do not accept
them, nor do I look on your fattened peace offerings.
Amo 5:23 “Take
away from Me the noise of your songs (Your gospel songs about me-me-me and I-I-I), for I do not hear the sound of
your stringed instruments.
Amo 5:24 “And let
judgment roll on like water, and righteousness like a mighty stream.
RETURN – AND LIVE
Exo 16:28 And the
LORD said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to keep my commandments and my laws
(TORAH)?
Lev 22:31 Therefore
shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD (YHVH) .
Deu 5:10 And shewing
mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.
Pro 3:1 My son, forget
not my law (TORAH); but let thine heart keep my
commandments:
Pro 4:4 He taught
me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep
my commandments, and
live.
Pro 7:1 My son, keep
my words, and lay up my commandments with thee.
Pro 7:2 Keep
my commandments, and
live; and my law (TORAH) as the apple of thine eye.
Pro 7:3 Bind
them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.
Joh 14:15 If
ye love me, keep my commandments (TORAH).
Joh 15:10 If
ye keep my commandments (TORAH), ye
shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments
(TORAH), and abide in his love.
